Missed exams can be made up only by prior arrangement with the instructor
or in the case of a genuine emergency or serious illness. Missed laboratory
sessions can be made up only with the permission of and at the convenience of
the LA.
Make-up Work
Late homework and project assignments will be penalized 10% per day late.
Late penalties are assessed from the date the teaching assistant (TA) receives it or the date certified
by the computer science department office in SAL 300. All homework and programming assignments will be
due on the day of the student's laboratory session and will be turned in to the
laboratory assistant (LA) in the laboratory session.
Score Corrections
Scores for student work will be published (by ID number but without names) within a week of the due date.
Students will have two weeks from the published date to identify errors to the teaching assistant (TA).
After that time, scores will not be changed.
