January 17, 2000: The computer science honor society, Upsilon Pi Epsilon, is hosting its annual Unix Tutorial session January 24 (a Monday) at 7:00 PM in the computer laboratory SAL 127. If you want to attend, please register on the sign-up sheet in class this week.
January 3, 2000: Welcome to Data Structures. Please explore these Web pages and familiarize yourself with the syllabus. Make sure you have the correct text books (both are required). Students are expected to read the assigned chapters before the class session (see the syllabus) Reading even further ahead is always a good idea.
There will be no laboratory sessions the first week of class.
