Father's Day

Father's Day was Sunday the 16th. Had a light breakfast. Andrea and I cut palm fronds. I did a full workout: dumbell raises, five dead lifts, ten presses, ten curls, and five pull-ups.


The Father's Day Fairy brought a pop-up card and several specialty made in Hawaii chocolate bars. Photo by Andrea.
