August 26th Meeting

I attended the weekly working meeting at UH in Holmes Hall on Friday, August 26th, 2011.

September 2nd Meeting

Andrea and I went to the University of Hawaii on Friday, September 2nd, 2011, as part of our mentorship of Hooponopono, a pico-sat program.


Larry Martin is the Hooponopono project manager.


Prof. Wayne Shiroma (blue shirt next to me) is the faculty advisor.

Others get to work while some finish up eating on a Friday night.


The engineering department at Holmes Hall always had the best view of Diamond Head and Waikiki.

September 9th Meeting

I went to UH Holmes Hall again on Friday, September 9th, for the weekly Hooponopono working meeting.


Larry discusses schedule.


Designs and analyses are in progress.

September 16th Meeting

We went to the University of Hawaii to visit the Hooponopono small satellite team on Friday, September 16th, took team photos, and watched the student presentation on the attitude cntrol system (ACS) software development.

Dustin, who gave the presentation on work performed for Windell, is a summer intern from UCLA.

September 23rd Meeting

I attended the regular Friday evening meeting.


Petras Karuza of Aerospace Corporation had a stop-over at Honolulu International Airport (HNL)
on his way from Kauai back to California, so he stopped by the Hooponopono lab to talk about his
experience with small satellite development.


Petras and I chatted for a while about picosats.


Students gave Petras a tour of the lab.


Petras provided a number of great tips based on his experience with Aerospace Corporation hardware programs.

October 7th Meeting

I attended the regular Friday evening meeting.


Hooponopono engineers discuss test plans.


Everyone is busy working in the Hooponopono laboratory.

October 14th Meeting

I attended the regular Friday meeting on the 14th.

Eating and working. Progress has been steady. Flight solar cells have arrived.

October 21st Meeting

I attended the usual Friday meeting on the 21st. Progress continues to be steady.


Larry Martin had pizza delivered to the lab.


Andrea donated some home made chocolate cake (in baggie in center of table).


Everyone is busy.

November 18th Meeting

I stopped in on Friday, the 18th of November.


I stopped in at the small satellite lab at UH to see how Hooponopono was doing. Steady progress.

November 18th Meeting

I stopped in on Friday, December 9th.


That evening I attended the weekly Hooponopono meeting at Holmes Hall at UH.
