January 5th, 2012 Hooponopono Design Review

I attended the first part of the Hooponopono design review at the University of Hawaii in the Dean's conference room in Holmes Hall on Wednesday, January 5th.


The Hooponopono team gathered durign the teleconference using Skype.


The customer team was supportive and the review went well.

January 13th Meeting

I dropped by the Hooponopono (small satellite) lab in Holmes Hall on their regular meeting day, Friday, January 13th, before going to the Kalani Robotics Lab at the high school to support their build season.


Everyone is very busy after the design review.


Back room activity.

January 27th Meeting

I attended the regular Friday meeting.


I talked to student project manager Larry Martin about system test.


Working as a group.


Working alone in the clean room.

February 2nd FlatSat Demonstration

I attended the FlatSat demonstration, where the elements of the satellite are laid out on a test bench (flat).


Thursday evening there was a good turnout for the FlatSat demonstration.


The lab was busy.


The payload demonstration setup with RF feed horns.


The ACS (attitude control system) demonstration in the clean room.
