policies of Trump and Pence.
A number of organizations were represented. Mom's and Mits's ashes are inside the sanctuary there.
We walked across University Ave. and had lunch at the Greek Corner restaurant after being unable to get a table right away
at The Nook restaurant.
Waiting to cross University avenue we saw this poster for the Festival of Resistance near the restaurant (background) that
used to be Mama Mia's Pizza where Andrea and I went for our first date back in September of 1979.

A well-attended neighborhood gathering in the shade of Adele's mango tree. It rained briefly later, but everyone stuck it out.
Everybody got a chance to lash a joint.
I did the upper joint on the olokea on the left. Andrea did the one on the lower right of that olokea.
Then several people climbed up to demonstrate the olokea's strength.
After we got home, Andrea posed for a "before" shot with the flamingo I'm going to refurbish.
The flaming is masked and ready for spray painting.
Painting complete. One coat of pink spray rustoleum.
I unmasked the beak and painted the yellow and black parts with a brush and water based rustoleum. Ted Lieu's assembly resolutions
for Andrea and me are on the wall behind me. Ted's been in the news lately due to his thoughtful tweets on legal considerations of the
