The concert wasn't packed, but there was still a good turnout. Makana followed by Kuana Torres-Kahele.

Back to normal now. Two new artworks decorate the bonsai table column: Hodpodge One and Hodpodge Two.

Andrea made a special spinach and mushroom omelet for me for breakfast and I had a couple of birthday cards and
phone calls from my father and sister. Here she's holding two home grown papayas that she picked yesterday.

The convenience store in the Kaimana Hotel has been there since at least the 1970s. We stopped to buy milk after
our daily swim.
On Wednesday I noticed that they have started warning cars parked out of stall again at the Natatorium.
In the evening we went to the Kalani Robotics parents' meeting and to the Kahala Mall for chess night afterward.

the Hind Drive bridge (1949).
Brian came over from Kailua and Paul came from Eva. Keith and Steph in background came from Kailua too, Fritz,
from Diamond Head, is facing away.
Betty helped in the kitchen. She also lent us chairs and a table for the back yard. Here she's slicing lamb. Yummy.
