Andrea and I joined the WCC hikers at Koko Crater Botanical Garden on Sunday, November 3rd.

On the way to the car at 9:30 AM I took this picture of my seven tree plumeria forest from seed.

In addition to the botanical garden, there is a riding stable.

FIRST Lego League Qualifying Tornament at Kalani High School

The big day arrived on Monday, November 11th, Veteran's Day.

Kalani Robotics set up a green screen to photograph the teams. Aina Haina Elementary got theirs first. Coincidentally
the JagBots later won the Championship Award.

Date Night in Waikiki on 11-12-13

We went to the Moana Hotel's Beach Bar in the Banyan Court for music, drinks, and pupus, on Tuesday, November 12th.

11-12-13 has been on our Calendar as a date night for several months. We got music and hula dancing.

The sunset wasn't spectacular but we enjoyed it along with the music, mai tais and ahi poke nachos.

Sans Souci Beach

We continued to go for a swim in the afternoons.

Rain was predicted for Thursday the 14th and after mowing the lawn, I went to the beach. It was quite nice and
uncrowded, so I stitched together two photos taken from the Colony Surf groin. Click image for the full resolution version.

Introducing Noelani.

It was too warm on the lanai so we moved indoors.

Noelani sang many Hawaiian songs, some familiar, some not.

Afterward Andrea and I got our hair cut in Kaimuki.
