2003 February Meeting Demonstration

Mas and Gary Ishii demonstrated grafting techniques at our February meeting. The Ishiis have been supporting Dai Ichi Bonsai Kai since the club was formed in 1986, and were the first guest demonstrators in February of that year. The Ishiis' Chikugo-En Bonsai Nursery is just down the street from the Ken Nakaoka Center at 18110 S. Western Avenue, Gardena, CA 90248 (phone 310-323-4011), and is open weekends. Be sure to stop by Chikugo-En to see some fine trees and quality bonsai supplies.
