Seemingly Madcap but Coherent

Wetware engineering, lifeboxes, telepathy, and brains in a tank are all part of this wild future fantasy with a bit of real science science and some cool politics especially relevant to today's numb-nuts political scene. The nine chapters are narrated in the present tense and third person and sometimes in the first person by various characters.

The story takes place in the USA in the not-too-distant future with a tyrannical political party and head of state to match, desperately in need of assassination. It isn't easy, but with good genius leadership and courageous assistants, life and good prevail with fun escapades in a fantastic future. As I grew up near the area in California, the scenes in the Santa Cruz Mountains and San Francisco and Berkeley make the book all the more engaging to me. Recommended.
